Did you know that Dr. Day Care also has a school age sister-company? Kids Klub is a non-profit child care organization that was co-founded by Dr. Mary Ann Shallcross Smith and Dr. Karen Annetti in 1987. Originally a single location in Lincoln, RI, Kids Klub has evolved into multiple locations throughout Rhode Island. Kids Klub provides a safe, supervised environment with activities that enhance the student’s environment with activities that enhance the student’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. By supporting each other, Kids Klub and Dr. Day Care can offer their school age students the best care and education possible.
Summer Camp planning has already begun at Dr. Day Care and Kids Klub, so we are excited to announce that Kids Klub has picked a date and location for their annual fundraiser!
This year they are holding a 5K at Johnston Memorial Park (1583 Hartford Ave, Johnston, RI 02919). All runners and walkers are welcome! Kids Klub will be raffling off great prizes donated from local businesses (if you’re interested in your company sponsoring this event, contact info@kidsklubri.com).
100% of the proceeds go to The Kids Klub Fund to provide students in our programs with tuition scholarships, field trips, and educational enrichment opportunities.
$25 donation to participate.
