They deserve employee of the season because EVERY shift they worked, they were human sunshine in the room. Derrick brightens the space with their warm smile and wonderful personality. From field trip giggles to magic shows on stage, during center time and morning enrichments, and all during the summer Derrick was there to make each shift better. The kids ran to Derrick with joy exploding from their faces, and all staff were both excited and relieved that they arrived. Derrick truly deserves this award for always being the example we should follow.

She always has the best interest of the kids in care at heart and she leads be example every day. She is patient and kind and always willing to lend a helping hand to her coworkers no matter what. I think she deserves to win as a way to celebrate her as an educator but also as a person in general. Miss Sam always provides a caring and safe space for her class, working with her makes me so happy and I enjoy what activities she has for the kids. Aria Suzman – Kids Klub Aria is the glue holding North Providence sites together. She worked noticeably hard every day over the summer to ensure both the kids and staff were safe and happy. I love Aria because she never has anything bad to say and always gets things done when it seems impossible!
Every year, Aria works extremely hard not just for the Kids Klub sites she’s in charge of mentoring, but also for the summer program for Kids Klub. Until this past summer, I had only heard about how fun Aria’s Summer Camp is, but it wasn’t until this summer that I saw this camp firsthand. Aria is one of the major reasons the summer program always ends up a success. Not only is she constantly working to make sure everything is all set paperwork-wise, she listens to concerns of staff and makes a conscious effort to ensure everybody is having a fun time, not just the students.
